Ginny Coffman will show you how to transform your old denim into a beautiful quilt. Whether you've purchased denim circles from the Museum or have some denim fabric lying around, this workshop is perfect for you. You'll learn the innovative quilt-as-you-go technique and use up some of those 4" cotton scraps resulting in a cozy and stylish quilt that will keep you warm during those memorable evenings around the campfire. For just $35, you can purchase denim circles, or if you're feeling creative, cut your own (from non stretchy denim) using the Museum's AccuQuilt machine equipped with a 6" die (rental fees apply). Please note circles must be cut before the day of the class.
